PLACING AN ORDER

When you place an order, you're making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders in cases of pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud. You'll always be notified and refunded if that happens.

PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices are listed in EUR. We accept major payment methods through secure, encrypted checkout. Payment is collected at the time of purchase.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We do our best to get your order to you on time. Delivery windows are estimates delays can happen, especially across borders. Once an order leaves our hands, we'll provide tracking so you can follow it.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to love what you ordered. If something's wrong, reach out within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Sale items are final sale.
