At iGHOST, every order is more than a package it's the brand showing up at your door. We take shipping seriously because we take you seriously.

We ship with care

Every order is handled with the same attention we put into the clothes. Here's what to expect.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days of payment confirmation. During high-demand periods or new drops, processing may take a little longer, we'll always communicate if that's the case.

Delivery times

• Rest of Europe  5–10 business days
• International  10–21 business days

These are estimates. Delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control are beyond our responsibility but we'll always help you track it down.

Tracking.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Use it to follow your package every step of the way.

Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We have no control over them and cannot predict the amount.

Lost or delayed orders

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected window, reach out through our contact page with your order number. We'll investigate and sort it.
